Nikki, Aaron and the crew at Modern Rug, Apologies for the delay in sending off this note of thanks. We are extremely pleased with our whole experience with your company. You provided us with good information over the phone during our initial inquiry as to cost and time lines meeting a need we had related to our Airbnb business. Aaron, the time you gave us in reviewing our options concerning the repair of the Turkish Oriental was great. We appreciated the professional advise and your ability to listen to our input. The outcome was better than we imagined. Nikki did a fantastic job: You can not even see where the repairs occurred and the removal of the outer band has not detracted from the beauty of our rug at all. It looks so vibrant and smells so good since the cleaning and the fact that it was all accomplished in under two weeks was fantastic. Thank you so very much. Your great deliverers have left us our STUPENDOUSLY BEAUTIFUL CLEAN rugs and......as always.....I am just amazed and delighted what great work you've done! Apparently, as I thought, the Bokkara was VERY urine-spotted and odoriferous; and I appreciate that you worked so hard for so many tries to make it "well."

If you ever need an honest and totally positive "comment" , I would be delighted to tell others what fine work ( in every way) Moderne Rug does~

Hi Nikki - I just wanted to tell you how very pleased we are with the work you did on our gigantic Persian rug. I’m sure you realized it was a bit of an emotional ride for me to cut the rug into pieces - but I am thrilled with the results and so very happy to be living with it once again. We have been clients of yours for many years and your service has always been terrific. But we just wanted to let you know how exceptional your current delivery team is - don’t know their names - but the older sandy haired is from Oklahoma originally + the younger one is a former US Marine - like me.
We have interacted with then 3x in the past month. they were efficient, extremely courteous but friendly, knew their business completely, were willing to do the little extra touches that made the differences - replacing chairs etc. They smiled + were good conversationalists. 
Yes we know its job, but because of their positive attitudes it became a pleasent encounter.
We hope that they get some recognition. Thanks for the service, again.

Hello-
I am a (fairly) long-term customer of your rug cleaning service, and just had my living room rug cleaned by your shop. I was unable to bring the rug to the shop myself and had to request pickup and delivery service. 

The two gentlemen who picked up and delivered the rug - Baron and Jamie - were absolutely delightful and so professional - I was so impressed I had to let you know! (Unfortunately I don’t have their last names but assume you know these two). I received calls before each visit to let me know they were coming and a call to ask if they could work on the rug a bit longer as the dog stains weren’t coming out as well as they wanted. All in all, a very delightful experience that I wanted you to be aware of - it isn’t often these days to find such great customer service like this! 

Further, as the owner of six rescue dogs, I was a bit concerned Baron and Jamie would be overwhelmed by their ‘enthusiasm’ (OK - jumping, swarming, etc. - total pains) but they were so nice to all of the dogs! I know this isn’t relevant to rug cleaning, but I think it goes towards just how nice these guys come across to your clients.
